Project Manager in Programming through Const. Admin. Phase

When the office was approached about planning a renovation of administrative offices for

Arvinas, a world leading bio-pharmaceutical company focused on developing new therapeutics for cancers, the leadership was struggling to accommodate unprecedented growth and unexpected staff number influx within their existing inventory of outdated facilities.

Light & Transparency

The project transformed underutilized existing facilities

on 1st and 3rd floor into

vibrant administrative offices.
A focus on openness and transparency is central to the design, putting activities and projects within the space on display while providing access

to natural light and connection

to the natural surrounding.

Accent Details

Careful use of Arvinas accent colors throughout the space through bold signage and paint helped create a greater sense of inclusiveness and collegiality among the users.

Wood slat accent walls and screens bring in natural tones and an inviting new reception lobby for the company.  With flawless execution and durability

in mind, a series of wood slat connection details were developed.

Construction Observation

The team spent months preparing a design, working our way through levels of increasingly detailed development and technical documentation

which culminated in participating in Construction Administration phase, ensuring our designs were being built as documented.
